Ashley and Kessler

This engagement session was the stuff dreams are made of! I love all of my engagement sessions – because I adore all of my couples! – but this one is definitely going down in history as one of my absolute favorites! I was a bit worried upon arrival because it was a private-home location that I had never viewed, and I knew it would probably be a challenge to quickly scout out the area for some creative ideas… but, honestly, it was a breeze! Every spot at Ashley’s mother’s and grandmother’s homes were stunning! We had such a fun time together in the front yard of her childhood home, smack-dab in the middle of these gorgeously tall trees. Then we ran down the road (not literally) to her grandmother’s, where we found a beautiful, blooming Bradford Pear and a bit of Wisteria. I also adored the tin-roofed barn in the background, and those bright-yellow Honeysuckles! Believe it or not, this was actually our first time meeting one another, and Ashley and Kessler had already decided to book me as their wedding photographer for this June! I’m so honored. I know we will have even more fun together on that special day, and I just cannot wait for that day to come. I’m sure it will be a dream come true, too!

Ashley & Kessler’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and I enjoyed it so much. Click here to view The Sorrell’s wedding blog!
