About Me
megan glover | graphic designer, photographer
I am a passionate and ever-learning graphic designer and portrait photographer. I love to create clean, simple, yet effective design solutions. The majority of my professional experience has been with colleges and universities, but I enjoy venturing beyond those into unique and vibrant small-businesses. I absolutely enjoy everything that I do and the relationships that follow, but especially fond of bringing it all to life at my desk.
The roots of who I am are found in Jesus, my Lord. My husband and I have been happily married for over five years, and we are blessed with four small children. When I'm not behind the camera or working away at my laptop, I'm playing in the backyard with the kids or trying out a new recipe I found on Pinterest in the kitchen.
I would say I live a pretty simple life, but I'm honest and hard-working in all that I do. I give everything I've got to anything I'm a part of, and I love to stay growing. It's my life's mission to continue to bloom where I'm planted, every single day. God bless you!

This logo was designed for Borrowed Sisters, a women's ministry at Pentecost Worship Center in Lillington, NC. Their mission seeks to unite sisters in Jesus Christ to glean from one another, as they grow in faith.

This flyer was designed to promote Emmanuel College's Collegiate Junior Livestock Judging team. The intended audience was EC students, interested in competing at a national level. The design abides by the College's distinct typefaces and color palettes.

These hand-drawn logos and stationary were designed in light of Julie G. Rowe Photography, and inspired by nautical Charleston, SC. I was not hired by Julie G. Rowe Photography; these designs were entirely conceptual.

An eight page Wedding Guide designed for Megan Glover Photography, featuring MGP images, for the purpose of educating newly booked brides and grooms about their photographer, wedding collections, day-of expectations, and wedding album designs and purchases.

This logo was designed for a local fishing team in NC. Founded by a father that enjoys bonding with wife and two sons while cat-fishing. This design was first worn at a cat-fishing tournament at Santee Cooper in SC, 2018.

This flyer was designed in light of the City of Roswell's Fourth Annual Pound Cake Cook-off on February 10 in Roswell, GA. I was not hired to make this design; this was entirely conceptual.

These feminine logos were designed for Southern Innovative Contractors, LLC - a woman-owned and operated contracting business, "turning old into new." The Client's final choice was the logo design on the right.

This logo was designed for Dereck's Hope Rescue Mission, a substance abuse ministry based in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Also inspired by Dereck Merrill and his testimony. The dove is symbolic of the Christian faith, the Holy Spirit. The purple ribbon represents substance abuse awareness, and the red ribbon represents overdose awareness.
Dereck Merrill suffered from a Drug Overdose on March 24, 2012 which resulted in an Anoxic Brain Injury. Dereck went into heart, liver and kidney failure, with a slim chance of survival.
